Whew, we made it through January and are still hunkered down. Well, it’s time to make a happy, healthy meal. It’s simply delicious..
I designed this recipe to give a little punch to the ordinary burger. Make it with or without the bun. It can stand alone!
1 pd. extra lean ground beef
1/4 to 1/2 cup sweet dill relish, with or without sugar
3/4 cup shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Mix the above ingredients well and form patties. Fry to desired doneness.
Side note: When cooking the meat, the outside browns quickly because of the cheese. Watch it closely.
