Simple Salmon Salad

It’s so easy to fall in love! What a perfect start for the New Year. Did you know the number one resolution made– IS losing weight. Well, this is just the right dish to jump-start your meal planning. 

This simply Salmon Salad is ready to eat in under 10 minutes. 

Adding 1 teaspoon of butter to a small skillet and sear salmon. Season with 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, a pinch of salt and a dash of dried dill, and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes. 

Serve with a side salad covered with thickly shredded Parmesan cheese. Dressing or not, here is comes.
