Oranges will be in full bloom for February. This yummy salad can be made in minutes. Get your load of vitamin C, and enjoy every bite.
Also aids with blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, helps control blood sugar, and lowers the risk of cancer. WOW! Who knew?
Also prior to preparing my fruits and veggies, I wash and rinse.
- 4 medium size Navel Oranges (Cut off top and bottom of orange, and cut away the peel as well. Slice to 1/2 inch thickness)
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 bunch Italian parsley or Cilantro (tips only)
- Light aalt and pepper
- 1/4-1/2 cup oil and vinaigrette dressing
Lay orange slices on a medium size platter. Cover sparsely with onions, parsley, and top with dressing.
