The Cross Country Team attended the Artichoke Invitational on October 5 and had some nice successes.
- The Girls’ Varsity team won for the first time in history,
building off six years of 2nd place finishes and out running a
strong Castro Valley Team.
• Natasha Cohen ran a time worthy of our top ten in the team’s 16
year history at the meet despite a scorching 85 degrees for the
race, which is traditionally cold and foggy.
• The Boys’ JV took 3rd place and the Boys’ Varsity placed 7th out
of 17 teams with our top runner Francis Chmielewski medaling
in his race and running the fastest time of the day for the team.
