Last year we dove into 2021 with excitement, ready to tackle our goals & declare it the BEST YEAR EVER! Little did we know what was on the horizon!
How to move forward:
STEP ONE: Fearless Self Inventory
If 2021 was actually a good year for you, then great, celebrate the wins. If it was a crummy year, then recognize that, we can’t address something if we hide from it.
STEP TWO: Feel, Process
Not always fun, but part of being human & if we “stuff” feelings, they have a way of showing up when we least expect them or impacting our health.
STEP THERE: Make the Plan- take inventory.
What is not working? What do you need to change? What do you want? The inventory is a powerful tool for self-improvement, but creating the plan and taking the NEXT STEP is essential to move forward.
Now, it’s time to clean up the mess.
