Combining Compassion and Care with Creativity

Natalya Panda opened Permanent Makeup Plus Cosmetology School two years ago in Walnut Creek, at 1399 Ygnacio Valley Rd. She saw it as the perfect opportunity to merge her background in nursing with her creative side. “I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel confident and cared for. My background in nursing gave me a deep respect for precision, safety, and patient comfort, while my training in cosmetology opened up a creative
side where I could enhance natural beauty. Permanent makeup felt like the perfect blend of both worlds it allows me to use my medical knowledge to ensure procedures are safe, while also applying artistry to help clients wake up feeling confident every day,” stated Natalya.

The studio offers top-quality services in microblading, lip blush, eyeliner, and medical tattooing all designed to enhance natural beauty with precision and care. As a licensed cosmetology school, they also empower future artists with hands-on education and certification in the latest aesthetic techniques.

Natalya’s philosophy is simple: “beauty should feel empowering, safe, and natural. I believe in enhancing what’s already there rather than changing it, so every client leaves feeling like the best version of themselves. It’s about combining compassion with creativity to help people feel confident, cared for, and radiant, inside and out.”

Natalya’s workday is made fun by connecting with clients, sharing stories and creating a welcoming atmosphere. “My business is built on more than just services; it’s built on relationships,” added Natalya. “Whether it’s playing good music, celebrating small wins, or laughing together, I believe beauty should always come with joy.”

When not working, Natalya loves spending time with her partner, kids, and pets. They are an active part of this community, supporting other small businesses and volunteering when they can. “It’s all about building connections
and uplifting one another. My family and I feel luck to be surrounded by such a supportive and vibrant community.”

“Beauty is deeply personal, and I want people to know that this is a welcoming space where they can feel comfortable, confident, and celebrated. My goal is to make a positive impact not only on how people look, but on how they feel.” Natalya is waiting to welcome you to this premier beauty and cosmetology center.
